Mellas township was planned to cater as a summer house for the region where the existing facilities of Spa and wellness have been converted to a more elaborate Spa destination with luxury hotel, short stay apartments, bespoke villas, Sports club and a Citadel that connects all these together with amenities that would cater to visitors from all interests.

A comprehensive market survey and consideration on the project design, construction programme, and budget control are taken into consideration in this stage; followed by the development of space layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
An in-depth review of the space layouts, mood boards, and material palettes are touched upon in this stage, taking into considering each and every space of the project. The client involvement during this process enables us to chart the right path towards the Design Development of the project, ensuring that their expectations are being fulfilled.
The outcome of all these stages of our design process is the final product that we handover to our client.
