Designed by Architect Reza Kabul and conceived by Builders & Developers Shreepati Group of Companies, The Shreepati Arcade stands 45 storeys in Mumbai. The 152.5 m Building has four levels of parking in the basement uptil 2nd floor whilst the rest of the building is residential. Built in 7 years, the earthquake resistant building was completed in 2002. It has 6 schindler elevators which take only 35 seconds to cover 45 Floors.
