Mellas township was planned to cater as a summer house for the region where the existing facilities of Spa and wellness have been converted to a more elaborate Spa destination with luxury hotel, short stay apartments, bespoke villas, Sports club and a Citadel that connects all these together with amenities that would cater to visitors from all interests.

LIC headquarters in gift city was designed as their logo that represents the company. The design summarizes the company's policy of two hands protecting a lamp (diya) with a Sanskrit shloka “योगक्षेमंवहाम्यहम्” (yogakshemam vahamyaham) derived from Bhagavadgita (22nd verse of 9th chapter) which means “I shall ensure the safety and well-being of my devotees”. LIC logo was used as an inspiration in the abstract form that exemplifies their principle and objectives, which also exudes the true essence of the corporation. The vision for the concept was to develop a building that is as iconic as the company.
