Shreepati Skies provides its residents with 126 state-of-the-art apartments, ranging from 2 bedrooms to penthouses that offer breathtaking views of the ocean. The building contains amenities such as private pools, a theater, therapeutic spa, and a gym. It also has a helipad at the top to provide quick and easy access for its residents. The design integrates many sustainable environmentally friendly systems such as rainwater harvesting and wastewater storage to providea clean living space for the residents and the city as a whole.
